Meet our Founder

Charity Barton

Charity Barton is a seasoned communicator and advocate for diverse narratives. She has three degrees in communications and a passion for storytelling. She has a keen interest in travel, self-care, Black history, media literacy, public speaking, and dreaming big dreams. Charity is not just a spectator; she is an engaging force in the world of media and communications.

Charity plays a pivotal role in enhancing communication, engagement, recruiting, and retention efforts.

Her commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices aligns seamlessly with her role as the host of the podcast show "Only in Your Dreams," a platform dedicated to exploring the boundless possibilities of dreaming big. Charity's journey as a communicator extends beyond the podcast realm. As an In-Game Host for the Tulsa Athletics during the 2021-2022 season, a Live Host for TU Giving Day 2022, and a Voiceover Artist for TU Giving Day 2023 and 2024, she has honed her public speaking skills, engaging diverse audiences with charisma and authenticity.

As Charity continues to make waves in the world of media, communications, and storytelling, she remains dedicated to shaping narratives that challenge the status quo, amplifying diverse voices, and advocating for a more inclusive and informed society.
